We learned of Eddie and his company through Seabridge PMP Management when they hired him to pressure-wash the large seabridge on the condo complex grounds. We called for an estimate and he came over promptly the next day, gave us a very reasonable price and we hired him to return the following afternoon to do the job. Eddie thoroughly pressure-washed all outdoor surfaces of our deck – the entire concrete floor, all the window ledges and door frames and even the patio furniture. He then washed the tops of the railing but most importantly, all the glass railing panels that had become filthy with dog urine splatters and dirt marks. After he first pressure-washed the panels, he then went back over each panel, scrubbing it with soap by hand before pressure-washing everything down again. By the time he was finished, the glass panels were sparkling clear and looking even better than the window washers had left them a month before. Gone were stains, splatters, years of accumulated dirt and grime in the concrete and now our deck looks almost new! We were so happy with the care and time Eddie took that we’ve decided to have him return every 6 months to pressure-wash our deck and keep it looking as great as it does now!   My house was built 10 years ago and the previous owners never got the landscaping done in the backyard.
